Taparias buy 6 south Bombay tower apartments for Rs 369 crore | Mumbai News

MUMBAI: The industrialist Taparia family (Famy Care) have bought six apartments in the under-construction Lodha Malabar tower at Walkeshwar for Rs 369 crore.
Early this month, a triplex in the same property was purchased for Rs 252 crore by Bajaj Auto chairman Niraj Bajaj.
According to IndexTap.com, Jyoti Prasad Taparia, chairman of Famy Care, has booked a 4,424 sq ft apartment with three car parks on the 26th floor of Lodha Malabar for Rs 60 crore. The deal was registered on Wednesday. The other five apartments with 17 car parks have been booked by Anjali Ashutosh Taparia for Rs 309 crore.
These apartments, with a total area of over 22,700 sq ft, are on the 26th, 27th and 28th floors in the A wing. The Taparias paid stamp duty of over Rs 19 crore for the six apartments.
