- 20 parking plots for 8 thousand two-wheelers, 18 thousand four-wheelers
The first match of IPL 2023 will be played between defending champions Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday, March 31. Planning of 20 parking plots to avoid traffic problem
The police have made a tight security around the Modi Stadium, and 20 parking plots have been planned to prevent traffic problems for the people who have come to watch the match. In which more than 8000 two-wheelers and more than 18 thousand four-wheelers can be parked.
Provision of 3500 Police Officer-Staff
A tight police presence has been arranged in the stadium for the first match of IPL. 3021 policemen, 9 DCP, 16 ACP, 36 PI and 96 PSI will be deployed in the stadium.
Janpath T to Motera road closed for vehicles from 2 pm
The road from Janpath to Motera will be closed for motorists from 2 pm on the day of the match. From Janpath, Visat will be able to travel to Tapovan Circle through ONGC. 29 more BRTS buses will be laid, along with increasing its routes, along with metro timings have also been extended to 2.30 pm. A bus will be available from the stadium every 8 to 10 minutes.
