Despite several representations, the villagers were outraged and filed a complaint at the Ghoghamba Taluka Panchayat office. A presentation was also made to Panchmahal District Collector. The road was also opened at one point with police presence by the Taluka Development Officer on the suggestion of the Panchmahal District Deputy Collector to the Taluka Development Officer.

However, the controversy escalated as the road was closed again. In which the elected members of the panchayat also joined and a no-confidence motion was moved at the Taluka Panchayat office Ghoghamba two months ago in opposition to the Sarpanch. According to the provisions of the Panchayat Act, the concerned Taluka Panchayat office should take all action in this regard within 15 days of the receipt of the motion of no confidence, despite the provision in the Panchayat Act, the people and members of the village were agitated and the taluka panchayat was being pressured by the officials and political office bearers. There was a huge uproar at the office Ghoghamba. He also threatened to sit on hunger strike.

Finally, in the mediation of Rajgarh police and leaders, Ghoghamba Taluk Development Officer K.P. Pargi assured to resolve the issue within a month. According to which a general assembly meeting was called to discuss the motion of no confidence presented by the member at Saraswa Gram Panchayat today. All members and Sarpanch were informed about this in advance. However, Sarpanch Hirabhai Sursinghbhai Rathwa was absent in this meeting as well.
In the absence of the Sarpanch, the debate on the no-confidence motion was initiated by an officer appointed from the taluka in the presence of all the members and in the presence of a large number of villagers in the presence of the Rajgarh police. In which six elected members of the Gram Panchayat raised a finger against Sarpanch Heerabhai Rathwa and demanded his removal from the post of Sarpanch. According to which the proceedings of the General Assembly were conducted and the motion of no confidence was passed by a majority and it was ordered to remove Sarpanch Hirabhai Sursinghbhai Rathwa from his post.
