In a village adjacent to Belimora town in Navsari district, after the girl was raped 4 years ago while playing in the courtyard of the house, the rapist threatened to kill her if she told anyone. After the girl informed her mother about the entire incident, the mother lodged a police complaint, after which Naradham was arrested and the police registered a case under the POSCO Act. The judgment has come today and the accused has been sentenced to death.

One such Naradham has set an example in the society by sentencing him to seven years imprisonment.
Four years ago, the case of Vijay Rathore, who raped a 9-year-old girl who was playing in the courtyard of a house in a village adjacent to Bilimora city, was tried in Navsari’s special POSCO court. With the verdict coming today, there is a feeling of justice being served in the police station including the complainant’s family. The Navsari Special POSCO Court has given the verdict considering the medical, documentary and scientific evidence. The court has sentenced Naradham Vijay Rathore to 7 years imprisonment and a fine of 10 thousand rupees.
