Bharuch MP Mansukh Vasava, District Panchayat President Paryushaben Vasava, Dedyapada MLA Chaitar Vasava attended the meeting of the District Coordination and Grievance Committee held under the chairmanship of Narmada District Collector Shweta Tevatiya and presented the issues of the public.

The details of the questions sent by the system were provided. In which schemes related to Nal Se Jal, Tribal Development, Roads, Education, Land Acquisition, Police System including ICDS, District Supply and Tribal Department, Tribal Sub Plan were reviewed. In which special emphasis was placed on the questions presented by the MLA, mutual coordination and practical approach was adopted and the remaining operations were coordinated with each other’s departments in a planned manner and urged to complete quality operations.

In the meeting, it was emphasized that the views of the public representative should be taken before approving the proposal for the development works of the area. After extensive discussion of the various questions presented, the officials gave answers regarding the work done. The Collector also provided guidance to the officers by making constructive suggestions to make administration in the district easier, smoother and faster in coordination with various departments. Besides, keeping in mind the possible heatwave, it was asked to create seating arrangements in the office and basic cold water facilities for the applicants. Also asked to plan already so that there is no shortage of water in the rural areas.

After the coordination meeting, a meeting was held regarding law and order by the district police chief and district road safety by the local regional traffic office. In which the concerned officers were present and discussed.
