Bhubaneswar: A thick blanket of fog enveloped Bhubaneswar city on Tuesday morning making it difficult for commuters, both drivers and pedestrians, to negotiate traffic on busy roads. In the afternoon, light rain cooled down the city.
An IMD rainfall report said the city received highest 8.8 mm rainfall in the state by evening.
“It took time to drop my child at school in the morning as I had to drive slowly because of dense fog. Again there was a thunderstorm in the afternoon with light rain,” said Biswaranjan Behera, a railway employee. tnn
