A complaint has been registered against two persons who created false government records against a lawyer in Disa and filed a false complaint under the Land Grabbing Act. Based on the complaint, the Bhildi police have conducted a search for both the persons.

Meraj Rabari, a resident of Vadaval village in Disa taluk, is a farmer and lawyer. Earlier some people of his own village took legal action against him for forcing him in Gauchar, the pressurers who vacated the land of Gauchar created a false record against him and filed a complaint under the Land Grabbing Act.

In which Pancha Rabari and Chela Rabari obtained the pressure register from the Gram Panchayat, in which the name Meraj Leela was written under the pusher Lalabathi against serial number 22. While in the process of reserving, the land of Maraj was reduced. Also, even though the land is owned by him, he also tampered with the government document by creating false records that he was forced.

Also filed a complaint against Maraj on the basis of false records showing high market value in property janthri assessment and showing false documents as valuable security. As soon as the matter came to notice, Meraj filed a complaint at Bhildi police station against Pancha Desai and Chela Desai, who were accused of filing a false complaint against him.
