AHMEDABAD: An employee of a private company, which has been given a contract by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for maintenance of CCTVs in the city, on Monday filed a complaint with Karanj police that someone stole a stabilizer for the CCTV installed at the Relief Road junction on March 19.
Vishal Patel, who works as a field engineer with Quess Corp company of Prahladnagar, said that someone took away the stabilizer after breaking open the box. The company and the civic body took around eight days to file a complaint in the case. Karanj police registered a complaint of theft and began an investigation. tnn
