Berhampur: A candidate from Biswal, Ugratara in Bhadrak district, who was shortlisted for dak sevak in Aska postal division was found with a fake certificate last week. “We had doubts as he had passed the HSC examination in 2016 from a Uttar Pradesh Board and completed his Plus II in Odisha in 2017, a year after HSC, which is impossible,” said Gopesh Dash, superintendent of Aska postal division. tnn
