Corona cases are increasing in Valsad district. Today, the number of active cases has reached 36 with 7 new cases reported in the district.

As many as 730 RTPCR tests were done yesterday on various RTPCR testing centers of Valsad district with common symptoms of Corona. All these tests were conducted in the corona testing lab of the district. In which 1 from Valsad taluka, 1 from Pardi taluka, 1 from Vapi taluka, 1 from Kaprada taluka and 3 from Umargam taluka were declared infected patients. Also, under the instruction and guidance of the district health department, 2 corona-infected youths from Valsad taluka, 1 from Pardi taluka, during home isolation, under the guidance of the Ministry of AYUSH and received treatment as per the instructions of the district health department, won the battle of life by defeating Corona. The Valsad District Collector and the District Health Department appealed to people with common symptoms of Corona to take a timely test at the nearest RTPCR testing center.

In Umargam taluka, 2 housewives have been declared infected, including a young man who was doing photography at weddings. A farmer from Valsad taluka was declared infected, a housewife from Pardi taluka was declared infected, a girl from Vapi taluka was declared infected with Corona. When a woman from Kaprada taluka went to work in a company, she was declared infected.
